I am a 61 year old runner who wants to KEEP running. I started with the Feel Better Stretch classes and found that working with the resistance bands (LOVE THOSE BANDS) was EXACTLY what I needed. I have never liked stretching because it never felt good. Now I actually look forward to it!

Our well-organized channel offers Classes focused on legs, core, upper body, weighted series, long and strong series, and specific targeted classes to restore and recalibrate.
Do I need any special equipment?
You can get started with our foundational classes with just your OWN body and two yoga blocks.
For our Elevate Classes, you need a two yoga blocks, a set of Wini's favorite resistance bands, a small stability ball, and wrist weights.
All these items are discussed fully with links to purchase in our New Member Series.
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time.
