Do I need any special equipment?
You can get started with our foundational classes with just your OWN body and two yoga blocks.
For our Elevate Classes, you need two yoga blocks, a set of Wini's favorite resistance bands, a small stability ball, and wrist weights.
All these items are discussed fully with links to purchase in our New Member Series.
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time.
